NDTV, which operates three national news channels, namely NDTV 24×7, NDTV India and NDTV Profit, had revenue of Rs 4.21 crore, EBITDA of Rs 1.23 crore and net profit of Rs 850 crore in FY22.
Earlier this year, Adani Group announced its foray into the media business by acquiring a 49 percent stake in digital news outlet Quintillion Business Media Pvt. Ltd., publisher of the business news website BQPrime, through its subsidiary AMG Media Networks.
